Never thought i‘d share this with random people on the internet but here i go:

I feel stuck in my negative thinking about how i look, especially my face. I got major jaw assymetry/moderate retrognathia, caused by bad posture/habits when i was really young (27 currently). When i look around all i see is people with well grown faces and i feel extreme jealousy and hatred.

I can‘t give 100% in the gym, because of assymetry in my hips/ribcage caused by the above mentionend bad posture from a young age. Im still in pretty good shape, but i hate not being able to overcome those limitations.

I know that your SMV is not just about looks (don’t really have alot of money or status right now). I‘ve read the whole Sidebar and relevant posts / books multiple times and used the knowledge i aquired to some success and am the kind of guy that can basically talk to anyone at parties and day to day life.

But i just can‘t seem to find true acceptance for the first mentioned looks/body issues. I hate seeing myself on photos. Having red hair + pale skin doesn’t really help my confidence either.

When i see how easy it is for my really good looking friends i just feel defeated. It feels like they have it all without even really trying.

Does anyone have advice on how to handle this and find acceptance?
