like a lot of guys here, i'm not someone who had any real male role models in my life. the concept of masculinity is foreign to me i have read the sidebar, but out of everything, this is the most complicated thing for me to grasp.

trying to understand it from a level of wanting to apply it to my life is like walking into a maze! i just want to be someone who looks, acts, and feels masculine.

i have three questions.

  1. from a psychological perspective, what exactly is masculinity? what does it entail?
  2. lifting seems to be the number one way to become more masculine. can someone explain to me why lifting helps men become more masculine?
  3. other than lifting, what are some things i can start doing today to become more masculine?
