like a lot of guys here, i'm not someone who had any real male role models in my life. the concept of masculinity is foreign to me i have read the sidebar, but out of everything, this is the most complicated thing for me to grasp.
trying to understand it from a level of wanting to apply it to my life is like walking into a maze! i just want to be someone who looks, acts, and feels masculine.
i have three questions.
- from a psychological perspective, what exactly is masculinity? what does it entail?
- lifting seems to be the number one way to become more masculine. can someone explain to me why lifting helps men become more masculine?
- other than lifting, what are some things i can start doing today to become more masculine?
