My girlfriend and I haven't done anything sexual in five weeks and I haven't seen her in two weeks. This last night I was staying up late working on some of my classes and also helping her with her homework. She asked how I'm still awake, and I returned the question. She told me she just got out of the shower. I've not initiated nearly as often as her in the past, so I took the chance and asked if she's still undressed and basically implied I wanted to sext. She responds "I've long since gotten into my pajamas sorry" and that was that, she changed the subject.

Now I don't know if I'm just acting entitled or bitchy or insecure but that really hurt. I guess it was pretty late and she had a headache earlier, but that was a hard rejection, and she's never rejected me before. I also really don't think it takes a lot of effort for at least a nude picture and I don't want to seem entitled but if I'm willing to put in extra effort for her, why isn't she willing to do the same? I want to know how to proceed and act from this point onward.
