I'm talking about rejection once the dating/plating process has already begun, rather than rejection from approaches.
I feel like I've gone through my fair share of different negative experiences, but I don't feel as though I'm dealing with the rejection any better internally. Logically, I always understand that all is fine and I will move forward on to the next, yet I experience physical stress related(?) trauma: extreme muscle soreness (especially shoulders, neck and back), pains in chest (varies depending on situation), migraines, eye-twitches, fatigue, restless nights - even nausea. My health deteriorates, despite my unchanged routine. It's very tiring.
It gets me down, man. No matter my age or the increasing number of girls, rejection is tough. It may sound pathetic to some, but I have no problem exposing my weaknesses if it means I can improve.
I'm not an outwardly emotional person, so I'm not sure if that is part of the cause. I've had two back-to-back negative experiences (just a few months each), and my body aches so much that I'd just like to lie in bed all day (obviously, I cannot).
Any advice?
