There's a girl I've been seeing since around October 2017, and our relationship was never really more than go out, do something, then have sex. That's what i wanted. We never really established explicit boundaries i.e. exclusivity.

Recently, she told me that she has feelings for me, and I do too. We've been doing more coupley shit for about 3 months i.e. seeing eachother more than once/week, going out in the day etc.

Yesterday, she broke down and told me that she kissed another guy about 4 months ago (before we were doing the coupley shit) and that she felt guilty that she did - trickle truth led to her admitting that it was "once or twice", but I expect that she might've fucked him. She explicitly said she didn't, but after the trickle truth I'm assuming she has. She said that she assumed I was fucking other girls, which I've had several opportunities to do, but turned them down.

I was pissed off, but I didn't show it - mainly just withdrew attention for the past few days.

My questions are the following:

  1. Do you think that I have the right to feel pissed off even though we didn't establish boundaries of exclusivity?
  2. Is this a red flag?
  3. What should be my course of action - I'll admit that I do have feelings (cue the commenters calling me a pussy) and she really likes me.

UPDATE: So after a few days of soft nexting (this post was written while I was 2 days into a soft next), I ran into her in and said hi. She was about to burst into tears while telling me how sorry she was and that she really likes me and wants to be with me, was thinking about me nonstop blah blah blah. Went to walk to my car after her speech and she almost broke down, asking me if this was it and i don't want to talk to her anymore. Whole time I didn't even show a bit of emotion, just some smirks here and there.

Honestly, although I maybe should not have gotten annoyed at the whole ordeal, I'm glad I did - between her thinking about losing me, to her apologizing so much and crying, I feel like the emotional rollercoaster has played its role. I'll think about what I want to do and update you guys.
