So I'm planning to leave the Tennessee Valley area of where i live to go somewhere else after my 2 years of school. Mind you I've been a truck driver over the years and am tired of that life of living on the road.

I'm getting my degree in computer networking/security and I'm lost as to where there a job market is for this type of degree outside of my current region . I've lived in the same area for the past couple of decades and need to make a change . I have no familial ties, nor any social obligations. Consider me a clean slate.

I have a 10year plan to open my own IT repair shop/service center as a possibility and then travel the Asian continent.

Texas I'm leaning towards because i have an acquaintance that lives over there.

*3 states I've been looking at are Utah, Texas and Louisiana (just due to their right leaning states and favorability towards gun ownership and men's rights) *

Any ideas would be well entertained being that they have suggestions that are well articulated.
