Depends on how the sex was. If she was super into it, came once or multiple times, and fucked you like a pornstar there's reason to assume that she likes you, may just be playing hardball to see if you stick to your frame. I'd let it simmer for a bit then come up with something that made you think of her (inside joke or something that you two know about) send it to her so you can get an in with the conversation, game her, make her laugh a bit, then see if she's down after some positive reactions.

the sex was great, she came and was telling me how much she wanted to do it again earlier this week so I don't think it's an attraction issue. You might be right about her playing games. Probably best to leave her on read and re-engage in a week or two if I don't hear from her by then eh?

Yeah, I would definitely do that. But don't reach out like a beta: "hey I was thinking about you" have an actual reason to reach out that makes her want to respond, then regame and close. Plate or LTR option?
