Go to your writing center at school and ask them to help you rework the resume. You have no experience really so your skills and interests should go to the top under education.

You should add a list of classes that you took, or projects that you worked on (either class projects or personal). Currently, the most prominent thing on your resume is that you caddied. If you are going for a tech job, you should probably just remove that altogether and use the space for something else.

You mention qbasic, visual basic, and python as skills almost as an afterthought. These are very important in your field. Put them higher and expand on them. What have you coded? What problems can you solve with code? Show some more details there.

Also, add an objective statement at the top indicating what you are looking for. "Looking for fast paced job in the tech industry where I can grow my skills and learn about Linux systems" or whatever it is that you want.
