hey guys,

I just started a job with a company (im 24 yo) that offers multiple retirement packages. One is given by default its a matching style one, and the other one is something you apply for. see link.

what the fuck does all this mean, and what is the smartest choice to make? i dont know shit about this stuff.

also, i live in canada and they dont have Roth IRA accounts that you can set yourself up with...they just have the traditional ones (i think) through the bank. I have a meeting with a banker this up coming week to set something up in addition to the employer packages.

is it even a good idea to have 3 retirement packages? the internet hasnt been much help, and i dont have anyone else to really go to for this.
