There is an increase in shit posting and misunderstanding of the rules, and clearly most of the bans we hand out are for people who don't bother to read them. A few quick bullets:

  • Report posts, tag me or another mod, and INCLUDE THE USERNAME OF THE OFFENDER.

If they delete, I can't take action. /u/trpcops to summon me.

  • Do not announce that you are a woman.

This has a corrolary. If you start a giant shit slinging waste of thread with one, I will also ban you. Usually for 14 days or more.

  • Rule zero

That means STAY ON TOPIC. This is not a place to get advice for how to deal with mommy, career shit that doesn't fit the definition of building power, or other completely unrelated bullshit I see all the time.

  • Rule 1 (asktrp)

You soapboxing then asking "thoughts?" At the end doesn't fool anyone. That's a 30d ban. Either make something worth a TRP thread or don't post. Get your need for attention out elsewhere.

  • Crying fake

This is especially bad in field report threads. Contribute nothing or noise to the conversation and you'll be banned for at least a week. I don't even care if you have points, you should know better.

  • Rule 5 (asktrp)

If you're too lazy to read the side bar, post break. If you ask a question so open ended as to be unanswerable, I'll just remove the thread. Post it again and you're banned. The rule exists because we expect you to help yourselves a decent bit before asking something.
