All the countries (and city) you've posted are liberal or feminist. If you want marriage at this day and age, you're asking for a slap in the face. If you want kids, go for surrogacy. If you truely want marriage, marry the woman who will make the best mother and would sacrifice it all for her family, not the hot slut you met at a bar.

Philippines. Source: I am a Merchant Marine sailor. We go there often. Most of the old salts have Filipina wives who hold down a household faithfully. I hear that the trick is to leave them in the Philippines, don't try to bring them to the states.

Secular will generally be feminist(statist), look for Anglo Saxon countries with Christian /Jewish values.

Nzer here, the women here vary. Some are feminist others are traditional. It's not massively one or the other. You can find traditionalist women without much trouble, however it's not a hot spot for traditionalist women. I've heard the women in Japan are ultra-traditional and love white men. That's probably the best place for what you are looking for.
