I'm a sophomore in high school and met this girl at a Super Bowl party a couple weeks back. We talked and ended up making out that night. We hung out the next weekend and nothing much happened. We made plans Friday night to hangout Saturday, and I made it clear it would just be me and her. She said she would let me know when her sport tournament ended then we would hang, which was supposed to be around 1. She hits me up at 3pm Saturday and it looks like this: Girl "Yo" Me " What's up" Girl "hanging with [friends name], how about you" Me "nothing much" She texted back with a neutral reply so I didn't text her for the rest of the weekend. She texted again Sunday but I didn't reply till Monday afternoon. She asked "why didn't we hang out this weekend?" I perceived this as a shit test because she told me she was with her friend so I replied with "¯_(ツ)_/¯ ". She asked what does that mean and I haven't replied since. Where do I go from here?

TL;DR- Girl I had known for a few weeks semi-flaked on plans we had made. Ghosted her for 2 days and when she asked why we didn't hang I replied with a neutral reply not explaining. What now?
