First of all, I'm sorry for you man. Be strong.

Totally game them. Totally. Game, go on dates, flake like crazy when time comes to sex. Dates can be lots of fun - of course, you have to plan them the way you'd have fun (not just a boring cafe/bar/restaurant meetup).

Even if you don't get LTR out of it, lots of skill can be gained.

I hope doctor/time will help. I also wonder what kind of injury was it.

PS. Sadly, I'm speaking from past experience.

Kegels. Get that test up. You would be surprised how many young men think they have ed but it's more of a mixture of things pertaining to their lifestyle.

A few months back I had porn dick. Couldn't become completely hard and I knew it was the case, started a routine. My dick gets hard as a rock for nothing now.

Then again, you're speaking of pain. In which case, skip the Kegels and focus on getting to that doctor...

My question is if any RPers have had to deal with ED (physical or mental)?

I had very bad ED as a result of excessive porn/masturbation. I was fortunate (at the time) in the sense that my wife had a low libido so I just avoided sex with her. I ended up with a dead bedroom and now have the opposite of ED (raging boners daily) since I gave up porn/fapping for good.

I'm also sorry to hear about this, man.

I had something similar last year for a little while, and end up getting it resolved after a couple of embarrassing encounters.

My advice is that as much as you can, you have to not let it prohibit you from having a good time and working on yourself. If you think you would get too anxious about performance, try using the time before you see the urologist to get fit or build a hobby. Work on yourself and make sure you are good otherwise.

Also, call that urologist once a week and talk to his front office staff to see if there were any cancellations.

You'll get through this.

May I ask what type of injury and are you taking any drugs, either prescribed or recreational, if so, which ones?

Also, has the accident affected your current state of happiness or causing you anxiety or depression?

I can give you a much more complete answer knowing these things

There's a test to see if the ed is mental or physical.

There are bands, that rip easily, you wear around your dick before you go to sleep at night.

During REM you get an erection. If you wake up and the band is torn, then you know there isn't anything physically wrong.

Learned about this in my abnormal psych class. Hope this helps but get checked by a pro regardless. Best of luck.

I've just started doing the nofap thing a month ago, and while it's scary as hell (haven't gotten an erection for the past 3 weeks), the libido does return.

If you're watching porn and masturbation, you should definitely give the nofap subreddit and the 'your brain on porn' site a look.
