I dunno, but being Leo's plate has to beat being a B list celebrity's trophy wife for sure, I doubt any of those women would risk the shot of a theoretical ring.

Maybe if he was plating a famous actress, like at his same level of money, fame, etc, that would be another whole story.

Do we really know that he sleeps with that many women? Is that public information or do you have an inside source? I mean he no doubt sleeps with more women than the average man, but is it that many that it's a wonder how he hasn't had this kind of thing happen to him yet?

If you are right indeed right it's probably a combination of things. Being a wealthy celebrity, he probably has access to higher quality (in terms of morals and background) women. Not the kind of trailer trash that would lie to ruin a man's life.

You hear about false rape allegations alot, but that's just because there are so many instances of men having sex with women. I like to believe that the amount of women would do this is in fact very low, and you'd have to be unlucky to stumble across a woman troubled enough to make a false rape charge against you. It also helps that he probably hasn't raped a woman :P

Edit: Ok I just looked this up and have got to say, I'm jealous. He's slept with alot of beautiful women, including people like Giselle Bundchen, and back when she was still young and hot(ter)! Guess that good looks and celebrity status really helps.
