If, however, you’re trying to prep her for LTR, than you need to be concerned about who you’re choosing. That’ll take care of the first half. Additionally, women are not stupid. So, they know what they shouldn’t do for the most part. That’ll take care of the second half.

What I mean is that if you display yourself as high value, and you actually are, she’s going to worship the ground you walk on. You don’t need to do much.

But, if a girl does something you don’t like, just remove your attention and treat her like a child. Into timeout she goes, and you resume contact when you think she’s had enough.

You have boundaries, you dont set them. As soon as you tell someone a boundary, you've just ruined the dynamic, especially a plate.
