Yeah you kind of played yourself. You shouldn't have a problem texting her first but it's healthy if she texts first more. Now that you told her it's a rule she has turned it into a shit test. Give her a call next time you want to set up logistics.

But I think you should reconsider your policy in general. You'll smash more if you text your plates first. Texting first to arrange to meet up isn't needy.

Why would you let them know you have this rule? It seems counterproductive and puts you in situations like these, where an interested girl won't text you because she's aware of your rule.

It's all cool to have a rule like that (even though I don't completely agree with it) but don't let them know it

If she’s fighting for it, it’s become an issue of frame. Don’t break on this one, it’s a shit test.

But, in general, you shouldn’t text for anything other than logistics. So, shooting a quick text saying “I’ll be at x doing y, come and join” shouldn’t matter.

I can confirm that this rule (not texting first) is helpful for filtering sincerely interested girls. Passive game (being around girls, but never engaging first) is good to save yourself from unecessary rejections and focus more on those that find you attractive.

Who cares? If a plate wanted me to do that I’d reply “Sure” then literally only text when I wanted to fuck.

If she’s into you she’ll cave and text you first anyway.
