Hey gents, so first of all I'll admit that I tried breaking the "don't shit where you eat" rule and tried inviting a coworker from my civilian job to a formal event (Marine Corps Ball) as my date. She's been giving so many positive signs and we've been flirting for a few weeks now. I simply sent a text asking if she had plans on the day of the ball. Boom. Radio silence. I see her active on social media, but my message is left unread. What do I do now? As of now, the plan is to hold my frame and keep things business as usual.
