Everyone else has said it but I'll add my 2 sense. First off no.

No matter how much muscle you get, how much money you make, how good looking you get, how many chicks you bang, and how successful you are it wont fix your insecurities.

All of those things can help raise your confidence but it wont change the insecurities . The only thing that will change that is you coming to terms with who you are and being okay with that. You will never be "chad". Just be the best you that you can be and just doing that will make your life way better.

Don’t get jaw implants. You need to increase mass/size and work on your physique. From your traps and shoulders that’s your main issue. If you’re not consistent with your programming you won’t see results. I’m currently running a Keto based bulk so I can give you a run down of my diet if you want. Get in the gym however and start grinding.

Also your grooming needs work. It appears you suffer from MPB. Buzz cut it then own it. Or settle for different hair style. Facial hair is solid but style it. I use two to three different hair lengths and styles and rotate through them depending on my tastes and events I’ve got on. Taste though is subjective. Women in your vicinity might find that laid-back look attractive. Use what works best for you.

First impressions count. Don’t waste time and money facilitating your insecurities. Ask for help with your fashion sense and grooming if needed. Then discipline with your diet and a beast in the gym. Your jaw, and your results will come.

invest in a less goofy smile instead edit: just saw the first pic but I wouldn't do any surgery if I were you edit 2: based on the last 2 pics I think taking better care of your hair/ a better hair cut would make a big difference
