Right. I'm aware of the perils of one-itis, but never the less I can't seem to shake the strong feelings I have for my ex. Even after reading up on TRP and coming to realise exactly what was going on in her (and my) head when we broke up, I feel I want one more shot at her, now that I have a new attitude and have been taking better care of myself for a few weeks. We've decided to stay 'just-friends' and I refuse to become an orbiter, so here is what I'm thinking:

Next time I see her (we'll go for a drink or a coffee) I will at some point interject the following - " her name , smile if you still fancy me." (She'll smile) "Good, then we're not just friends, even if that's what you think. Let's go fuck for old times sake."

Good move? Terrible idea? Either way it'll repair or terminate our association. I understand that I can't put her on a pedestal, I'll meet more women, I'll get over her. All that will come. However, right now, what I want is her. A man goes after what he wants, right?

Cheers in advance for any input.
