Should I stop playing video games?

TRP is against video games because its all too easy to waste your life away on them, instead of following your path to self-actualization. Its like spending too much time on social media instead of improving your career, hitting the gym, etc.

In your case, you're making money, and it could be an OK career. As long as you leave room for improving your body & mind, and pursue a solid backup plan, there's nothing wrong with professional gaming.

Trp is only against video games when it is an addiction, something preventing you from doing healthy things like going to the gym or being social. I wouldnt make video games your entire life, but there is definitely room for them, especially if you can earn money and gain popularity while doing it.

Nah, you’re fine. Some girls may find it unattractive if they ONLY think you play them, but once you tell them you make money from it, their opinion will change. Just don’t let it consume you. Remember to keep up other hobbies and lift

Dont do things you enjoy because that's not self actualization. If you start enjoying something, better stop and find something else.

I saw advice on trp where people were telling someone to stop playing music, or to play less because if he enjoyed it too much it wouldnt be self actualization
