More often than not irrelevant to sexual success if you do it right but still, get a job or try to work up the latter within your current job or find and analyze current trends and start your own business to try to capitilize on the trend. There is so much free information on economy, business, entrepenership, investing etc online so there is no excuse.

Socially awkward

Expose yourself to social situations. Experience will make the awkwardness fade.

Socially submissive

Lift and do MMA or Thaiboxing or BJJ or Wrestling or american football or any other good martial art/combat sport, while doing the previous step.

Go to orthodontics and get braces, brush your teeth and floss

Learn how to dress. Get 2 pairs of jeans, 1 smart casual suit pants or chinos, 2 different casual collared butten up shirts, 2 different t-shirts, 2 different pullovers. Learn how to combine and match. Get it cheap, aslong as you lift and it fits it will look good.

Underweight, Overweight, Obese, Weak Muscled - Lift and diet. Bad teeth, Acne, bath phobic - Improve your hygiene These are incredibly simple things to fix and can improve your SMV by 2 points immediately. It takes literally less than an hour a day.

Although if I ever ran into a guy like this I'd suspect he was so lazy and weak willed that he even got that way in the first place there's no way he would ever change.

Do it anyhow but improve your health and looks best you can. It's rarer but a 5 can still get an 8 once in a while. Give it a try
