It's classic "biggest guy in the gym" syndrome.

You'll often see a big guy walking around the gym like he's ten foot tall and can bench 800 lbs but as soon as someone bigger walks in the gym - you'll see him almost literally deflate. Don't be that guy.

That deflated guy should still be proud of who he is - he has achieved great things - he doesn't all of a sudden become tiny because other guys see this new - huge guy.

Anyway.. You sound like you need this approval from the girls for more than just "it makes it easy to work with them".

Who gives a fuck about their approval? It seems like it matters to you - THAT THEY THINK you have high SMV. It sounds like you are trying to prove to them that you have high SMV. Anyone who has high SMV, just HAS it. They don't have to prove it, because it is obvious. High SMV is their reality.
