i recently ask a girl out twice the first time she's saying she's busy this weekend but didn't mention a suggestion for a date (she's already have a plan with her friend) the second time she said she's kinda packed this weekend and the next because she has to perform. should i ask her the next weekend? or should i move on?

p.s: when she's texting with me her respond is great but sometimes she didn't even read my text, what should I do?
