As a natural extrovert I find it pretty hard to stay silent. In school I always raise my hand to answer questions and shit because I feel like thats how i learn. I have also been a bit concerned that I might have AD/HD, what made me think this is, I cant stay still, i constantly lose things and forget things, I talk out of line, I constantly zone out while I am talking to someone and forget what they said a minute later. But apart from that i would like to ask a question. How would I be more alpha, by just staying quiet and only talking when I have to, or always talk and be "fun"

The reason I am asking this is because i heard to get to girls, first you need to be accepted by the guys, and I go to an all guys school, so its basically multiplied by 10. I don't think I am perceived as alpha. What do you guys think?
