Hello all. First time ever doing something like this but unfortunately I don't really have anyone to confide in who would understand, and perhaps maybe I'll be met with much the same here. My wife passed away in September of last year due to lymphoma and just recently I'm starting to open up to the idea of dating. I have a little girl who just turned 2 and without the risk of sounding biased I'll just say she's a great kid. I have family who can usually watch her when I go out but I also want to be straightforward with people who I meet and go on dates with. Much to my chagrin, I tried Tinder and Bumble, as I've been hearing more and more of my friends finding successful LTRs there. It's only been a couple of days using both apps but so far, absolutely no matches whatsoever. Are there any single dads out there who have advice for the dating world? Or am I just that ugly?
