Next time I see a cute chick (my coworker once told me a story how he pulled this off with a slightly younger girl he’s like in his 30s) if me and the girl are approaching a door, I’ll hold the door for her and as she’s going in say “you know the saying, it’s beauty before age”

currently in my young 20s so how do you think a girl around my age would react? I don’t necessarily care if she’s older or younger then me I could use that as an excuse to continue the convo and talk about our birthdays or something ? I’m not totally sure but it doesn’t seem too bad, what do you think?? I also realize I’d have to probably use this sparingly
