How about don’t be so codependent that you have your girl come with you to get your hair cut. Especially when during a pandemic. It’s stupid on so many levels.
Then don’t be so excited to get her validation about your new hair cut. It’s not the way to be.
She likely acted that way because she has lost respect for you due to your own actions.
Then you acted butt hurt in your application of the “soft” next. You should apply this effortlessly. That’s the whole point of the next is that you aren’t putting in effort.
Stop trying to change her behavior and change your own.

By deciding to move out and putting in the effort to pack things up, you lost your frame. The point is to stop giving fucks. You gave out a lot of them.

Well you deleted your post so you’re clearly unwilling to do the hard work involved in learning and growing.

Mate, you were a monkey in that situation.
Girls get pissed really easy over things like that. She having to wake her friend up, most likely got a lecture from said friend, blah blah blah Natural instinct is to now attack you. (If you can curb that behaviour, you're in another level)
You shoulda just stfu, not even let it affect you, let her rant it out, then grab her by the ass and inform her you're turned on and fuck her senseless.
If she continued to rant and rave and act like a child, then yes... Leave.
You just seem like a butt hurt faggot my man.
We all know, you'll be going back to her... So use the above advice for next time.

Your choice on the reaching out.
And as stated. It's a natural instinct.
In no was you can curb that with a 1-2-3 quick situation. Will take a huge effort with inception!
LTR/Marriage is extreme RP for a reason. Enjoy

Last night, asked LTR of 2 years to tag along with me to the salon as I was getting a haircut
Why is there a need for her to tag along in the first place? There are certain activities that I feel a girl does not need to be. She could be at home preparing dinner or something...

You are dramatic sir! She was seeking for comfort and it was comfort test. Gotta check that sidebar again my man

I think she was looking for comfort as she felt left out when you guys went together, but her ranting at you would justify the soft next. Maybe if she was ranting about the barber then you should just listen, but in this scenario it’s neither of your fault. Just act as if nothing happened the next time you meet

She was venting towards you, she knows this if she realizes that well and good she'll come and apologize. If it doesn't happen you don't contact her whatsoever, that'll come of as a beta.

Were you in a lesbian relationship? That’s the only explanation for you acting like such a little girl lmao
No need to bring her to watch you get a haircut. No need to dramatically move out after she gave you shit for 5 minutes. Your actions make you seem like you got your feelings hurt. You dropped frame hard
