I'm relatively new to TRP so looking for advice on this situation, and help to critique my game/techniques for further situations.

Been fucking her for around 2 months, and lately she's been acting distant. We havent had sex in over 2 weeks due to her being too "busy" to come over.

Usually in these situations I'd just back off and go for some other girls while she does her thing, but she made a joke about "us pretty much just being friends at this point since it had been so long since we've had sex".

This isnt really out of the blue, she's usually a very relationship oriented girl. She told me once "shes never had sex with someone shes just friends with", and ever since then we've always kind of joked about friend-zoning each other. I was fine with this as long as we were still having sex. We started texting a little too much though and thats when the interest on her end dropped.

But now that it has been a significant amount of time since we've had sex and shes cracking jokes about it, I'm really not cool with that. This was 2 days ago.

So far I:

  • Immediately stopped talking to her after that joke
  • Cancelled a date we had today (it wouldn't have led to sex)
  • Haven't really spoken much to her since and have ignored all messages starting today.

I've never tried a soft next before, and am unsure how to continue on with this. She consistently messages me stupid memes and stuff and I don't know how to deal with responding to those. My logic right now is:

I'm no longer enjoying seeing her with no sex involved, and don't wish to pursue any form of relationship under such circumstances. If she comes back and wants to start having sex again I'm cool with that, otherwise I'm going to continue to not talk to her and move on.

However, I don't want to just completely kick her to the curb over one instance of lack of sex. I was acting like a goof by texting her all day and making her lose attraction, so I'd rather attempt to fix my mistake rather than just leave.

How do I approach this situation from now on? Do I just text her after like 3 or 4 days of NC, and invite her over for drinks/movie or something? Is this a situation where I should wait for an invitation of sex on her end? I've sent her maybe 3 messages in the last 2 days, and have stopped as of today.

She primarely communicates via facebook, so she can easily see when I was last online/if I've opened her messages, so she will know if I'm ignoring her. Don't want to come across like I'm passive aggressively giving her some sort of silent treatment.
