You need to realize why a girl feels like a slut:

A girl can fuck a guy on a first date and not feel slutty while another girl could wait 5 days before sex and feel slutty. Why?

A girl will feel slutty if she doesn't think the guy cares about her.

As it is obvious with your case she feels slutty because she thinks that you don't care about her. Obviously don't write her a love poem but some comfort game will ease her sluttiness feeling.

Remember that almost every thing we do as a human being goes back to validation. She wants to be validated as a woman and that means she needs to be seen as valuable to men. So that's why she is saying those things to you.

Women are extremely competitive creatures and when they see themselves as less valuable then another woman it fucks with their self esteem. She is testing to see if you find her more valuable than her friend. It's the same shit test women give you when they ask "Do you think she's prettier than me?"

The way I get past this is

Number 1. Do not be ashamed of your actions. Don't justify them to her or let her think she has a chance in hell of shaming you for them.

Number 2. Do not let her think you are giving a commitment to either her or her friend. Remember that men are the gatekeeper of commitment and this is what she is looking for here. She wants to see if you are going to commit to her friend instead of her so just deny them both and keep them fighting for your attention.

Again this is just a shaming shit test. She wants to see if you are going to be a push over for her manipulative bullshit while also desperately seeking validation that she is more special than other girls. Do not let her shame you and only give validation when it is earned.
