Take none of it seriously. Always be joking and making fun of the whole thing. Act like you're only there as a gag. Most guys there will be trying way too hard to sell themselves and qualifying themselves to no end. Dodge, evade and A&A to absurdity in response to any questions they ask seeking to get you to qualify yourself. Find silly/lame excuses to kino. Have fun with it.

Edit: another thing, with each chick, act slightly distracted by another chick. Like you're just waiting for your turn to talk to that other chick. Also, find any excuse to make each chick belly laugh. The other chicks won't hear what you said, but the girl's laugh will be heard and give social proof and pre-selection.

Speed dating is a game made by women, for women.

As a Red Pill man you should prevent your buddy to submit himself to that torture, and you should not waste our time either.

The mindset of the women there will be to interview potential husbands aka BB(s), and since it's so public, they won't be keen on being seen as liking AF(s).

You'll be wasting your time, and money, and if you ever meet any of those women in a more suitable setting like a bar or a club, your image will be tainted.

Have fun during the actual speed date portion of the evening. Use that to qualify, qualify, qualify. And do not accept any woman's frame.

Best time to actually get numbers: before or after the speed date. Mention having a drink together after to anyone you find suitable. Get there early and see if you can start talking to/drinking with women who are there for speed dating, before the speed-dating portion of the evening starts.

I've done this but "speed networking" (which is a misnomer IMO because networking is about building relationships, not quick pitches). I was initially skeptical, but it turned out to be a really good way to interact with people who aren't in your regular social circle. The best part is that if you don't hit it off, then there's not pressure to connect again/pay for dinner/whatever.

So my advice is:

Don't ask the same question that everyone else has asked. So unless it's the first person of the night (and even then) don't ask "so what do you do?". Make a statement - either something fun you did, something that you noticed about them, etc.

Depending on the venue, they might have a tinder-like system where at the end, you scan the card and if both want to connect, then contact details are released. Otherwise, get their card/number at the end of the minute.

Try to get a seat at the side of the table that doesn't move around, so you can look settled and confident.

The tables are likely close enough together so that you can hear conversations on either side. Keep this in mind for either picking up details of the next girl's story, or for keeping your swearing/whatever in check.
