I'm the shy kind of guy that doesn't speak much and it's always been difficult for me to talk with new people. Last weekend I got really drunk and decided to start approaching.

I have met some girls and funnily I think I made a good impression but I'm worried I shouldn't perform the way I did. When I talked with them I made them believe I was interested on their bullshit. Whatever crap they were studying I always pointed at how that was a good choice and asked them more. I was confident at the time due to the alcohol and I think they have to appreciate when a guy passes trough a group of them and just join them without hesitating.

However agreeing so much with them and encouraging their bullshit may not be a good strategy as it seems contrary to what it usually advised here. Maybe it's ok as a conversation starter but I should change the direction shortly after, what do you think? How should I continue after that?

I met some nice girls and when I left they were always happy to give me their number. The question in mind is that due to the way I behave they may have others intentions in mind.

I would also like to point out the importance of confidence and not giving a fuck. I am always shy and on my own and after I started acting like this during the weekend I noticed more things happening around. I started approaching and while I didn't do anything at the end I always had a good time. Most of the girls I went to talk to had no problem starting a conversation with me and seemed interested. I am self conscious and being like this boosted my confidence. Knowing that I can go to any girl and start talking with them and have a good time is a good feeling. I also got approached by a beautiful girl at one point. It's really all about confidence.
