Hi all,

So last Monday I had sex with a working girl (in a private house, good looking, not dirty etc.). It was safe, vaginal and it all didn't take too long. As I pulled out, the condom was stuck inside of her however. Stupid of me to not grab hold as I pulled out.

Two days later, I woke up with a mild fever (37,5 degrees Celcius) which was gone the next day. After that I only had a mild runny/blocked nose in the mornings and evenings. The whole country is having flu season however; loads of people are sick.

The next day I noticed some spots on my chest. I've always had discoloration on my body, as I'm mixed race. I just don't know if I had these spots before or not.

Naturally, I'm scared to death that I have contracted the STD of all STD's: HIV. Scared to DEATH. I've always been kind of OCD and hypcondric, worrying myself to death every time something happened to me. I've searched all of the internet of course, symptoms, tests, chances etc. etc.

Now this Friday, it will be 11 days since the incident. I can get a test for 200 bucks, which is viable after 10-14 days. I'm considering it because I feel so very insecure, but I wonder if even after that result, I will feel at ease. Will enough days have past? What about these symptoms I did show? I've already called a hotline, which assured me nothing could be up as the sex was safe, but that just doesn't cut it!

Now my question is: what do you suggest? What do you think? Do you think taking the test on Friday will be enough to be assured I'm safe?

I'm NEVER going to do this again. It is NOT worth it, so yeah. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!
