Been a while since I've posted but looking for some guidance or advice again. Currently on my 3rd year reading up trp and still follow it. I'm finding myself believing in it more but also finding lots of resistance in my actions to change. That and I'm falling off on my self improvement journey. For some background 26, playing rugby, college grad, still living at home, raised by a single mom and dad passed away a while ago.

My main issues are my lack of confidence in my actions, absolutley terrible sexual confidence (ed and pe) and failure to truly stick to kicking bad habits (pmo) and building new ones. I see and want to follow those trp tenets but no matter how much I want them to work for me, I fail daily to make that change. Haven't been to the gym in months because of multiple injures from sports and I'm back to old bad habits. I get it takes time to be a trp man and it's something I sure as hell want but fuck it's a pain to see so many other Just "get it" so quickly. It's frustrating that I'm always doubting myself and not just doing/sticking to my decisions.

It's nice to get this off my chest but anyone been in this or a similar position that has gotten through? Also, any words of wisdom for my journey? Thanks
