Try to build a habit of taking a few minutes when you get an urge to think about what you feel like you want to do and what you should be doing. Urges tend to pass quickly if you take a second to think about them. Acknowledge that you don't need to watch porn and start doing something else that you enjoy. The main point is focusing on being self aware and logical in moments where your emotions and urges try to dictate your actions.

You don't stop using it if you don't want to and it's just decorations, a thing that happens from time to time.

I wouldn't tell a man to stop porn any more than I'd tell him to quit bacon.

Porn is just decorations, something pretty to look at it. If you want something else enough you'll do that other thing but NOT because of quitting porn, but because of having other things to do.

Don't treat it like an addiction, treat it like an activity you enjoy, but get yourself busy enough you don't need to wank it. And eventually you won't think about it as constantly.

Now if you're doing it right before bed, just hold back and have some control.

It's ok to masturbate occasionally, but if it's keeping you from having motivation to get laid, pull back.
