To me is happening the oposite. Im losing waist but the belly is going strong.

What does this have to do with TRP? Plenty of better places to ask, keep in mind most people here don't lift or eat right.

Where you store and lose fat is mostly due to your sex.

The places your body stores fat is dependent on the ratio of sex hormones you have in your body. This is why females store fat on their legs, glutes, stomach and breasts; this is where they are most easily accessible for a female body to pull energy from during pregnancy and nursing. Men store it mainly in their upper body for survival purposes, i.e. covering and heating and storing energy for the major organs.

Men with low testosterone or high estrogen can end up storing it in feminine places. Drinking a lot of beer can account for this in a lot of men (see beer bellies), and leading an inactive lifestyle.

You are possible upping your testosterone through exercise you've begun as part of your weight loss regime. It could even be that those are the places you had the most fat and therefore the differences are just more easily noticeable. In either case, congrats on your progress and keep up the good work.
