Alright guys, I could use some advice and guidance in how to deal with workplace dynamics involving camaraderie, respect, and tolerance.

Recently I picked up a new job in the trades leaving my dumpy old restaurant job behind. It's not my first time in the trades; worked multiple summers on a masonry crew. Job is great, work is tough, and the pay is well.

Only problem I've been having recently is getting used to the workplace flow of it all between the other guys on the crew. The only way I can phrase it is that I feel like that FNG who people can't decided whether they like or hate. Stuff like this eats away at me, as in my late teens I was an annoying bitch to most guys older than me.

Things I identify that my be faults of mine include but limited to: talking to much, asking dumb questions, being a general new guy, and being young and inexperienced in my current field.

Any advice on how to avoid being that guy people in the crew regard as bitch boy and annoying?
