Even after a year of learning TRP material and internalizing concepts, all of which have aided me to a degree that I could not praise in enough length or detail, I still struggle with my own confidence.

To give you an example, I've been lifting for more than 9 months now, and on some days I'll see myself in the mirror and think "Wow I look great!" and I'll feel good about myself for a while, which in turn gives me confidence, I'm more chatty, I smile more, I feel good and people seem to treat me better all around because of it. But then on some other day I'll look myself again in the mirror and instead all I see are my flaws, which in turn carry me into this self-defeating mindset lasting for as long as a week. Where nothing but mental torment occupies my mind, that is until I realize after much back and forth that despite these flaws I have to continue living, so I mute these feelings and just press on, and slowly I forget about them, and then gradually I start to feel good again.

It's hard for me to accurately describe this so I apologize if it sounds like I'm rambling. I'm just searching for some feedback here.
