Build rapport and have fun energy with girls, but do so without outshining your friend or making him look bad. The most important thing is to make him look good in a natural way that doesn't feel forced.

well, you gotta have solid rapport with your bro(s) first of all. if you and your bros are hammin it up, crackin jokes, bustin balls and just having a good time with each other, that takes care of most of the problem. IME in that case you don't even really have to make much of an effort, they come to you.
