Hello everyone. I will try and keep it simple.

Long story short: have a LTR, early on she admitted that she sabotaged some of her previous relationships, we recently rebounded from a breakup (me fixing it), but I still feel there's a lot of negativity pinned up inside her.

This negativity shows through many outlets and is generally undefeatable. An example: tonight we were talking on the phone and she was telling me how she feels spoiled for living a good life and having a good job; one thing led to another and as I try cheering her up (I proposed that we can meet and do some activity that she likes) she just says "there you go again... you're trying to fix me. If you wanna do something, then you can go and do it by yourself.". I explained to her that I derive happiness from making those I care for happy and she rebuked "so you're trying to make yourself happy?". There were other such remarks and I just told her that we should close the phone and maybe talk tomorrow.

I know there are many red flags here and we should end it, but I wanna string it along a little more and try; no, when she's not into this negative state she isn't disrespectful; she's a naive early 20s girl.

What suggestions do you have for these moments? I was thinking agree and amplify or just opt out for the day ("let's talk tomorrow"). What do you think are the causes? Initially I suspected that it was the fact that she might have high estrogen levels (a well endowed natural chest) and is also on contraceptives (doctor prescribed them).

Will be awaiting your thoughts brothers.
