Get a IDGAF mentality and don't try to impress others ( this will give you frame and power over others).

3 things are core when it comes to trp in real life ( from my experience).

IDGAF mentality

Lifting (confidence , SMV+ , power)

Abundance mentality (so you won't get oneitis)

If you have this then you're pretty much set in group settings because most men are doormat soyboys.

Make friends that have qualities similar to you and that will again have positive effects because just as hanging out with betas will get you no pussy.

If you’re reading the sidebar then you’ve not gotten the point out of it. You’re not ‘portraying’ a try hard attitude. You ARE trying hard. You’re lifting hard and learning hard and improving hard. You’re fixing all the soft areas in your life. This isn’t some act you put on in front of women to try to get them into bed. This is supposed to be you improving your life. Women are a byproduct.

You’re doing it wrong. Trying to be “alpha” to impress ladies is a fools game. Being legit alpha you’ll automatically have the IDGAF attitude because you don’t. You’ll joke around because you want to. Basically you’re gonna be you. The best most awesome you, but you’ll still be you. What makes you alpha is having no embarrassment about it, and if someone doesn’t like it, you don’t care because it’s their loss not yours.

Your idea of "being alpha" is rubbish. I guess you took your idea of "alphaness" from first reading r/TRP and r/asktrp, but you should read the sidebar and understand the sidebar. Then come back. It is complex, it is overwhelming and sometimes seems to be beyond reach. That's why you should read and understand the sidebar first.

Having a good understanding of the principles of "being true hardcore alpha" is assumed in posts around here.
