Today is a big day for me. I'm getting a nut removed and replaced with a prosthetic one. Its to resolve testicular cancer.

One of my favorite plates is 20, we share a massive love of black metal and we've not argued once on anything. We get on and she's great in bed. We're not exclusive simply due to distance at my insistence. However she tells me she's never been with anyone else.

Well, she found out about today. She's knocked a trip away with her university friends and is getting the train down today. Apparently she wants to look after me for the next few weeks.

I've been clear that she's not staying if it impacts her university work but I have two concerns.

I think she's making an obvious play for an LTR upgrade. Would you do long distance LTR? She goes to university 100 miles away but will be local during the summer and then her final year next year.

Second. This is major surgery. How do I not appear weak here? It's already fucked with my head a little. It's obvious I won't be able to give her a good seeing to during the recovery so that's not an option.

Anyone else been through this and know what to expect? The fact she's sacrificed a holiday to look after me (whatever that means) kinda says a lot but concerned mainly about looking weak. I've experienced some unavoidable minor issues before which has made some plates and an LTR walk.
