!
It teach your body to get better with temperature regulation and to be more disciplined/resilient.
In my experience it will help a little directly with sweating problem and indirectly by making you more calm / less anxious, but both only very little.
Do cold showers anyway. There is no downside, only upsides for every healthy person.
EDIT: mediation will helps much more. But understand it as lifting, you will see little difference in matter of weeks, but serious change will come after 6months to years of regular (daily in this case) of practice.

chemically, if you are under stress your brain gets shots of cortisol which makes you anxious/nervous. same thing happens with harsh cold showers (dont build the temp down, go straight for the ice cold). so as with any chemical, your brain will build resistance and in a few weeks/months your discipline and calmness will be over the roof. you will literally give zero fucks about anything you wont deliberately chose to care about

I'd start a meditation routine, and heavy exercise, I'd also avoid high sugar foods and drink more water. All of the aforementioned are good measures to reducing anxiety and "reactivity".
Since january im doing powerlifting and meditation 10 minutes a day.maybe I should meditate more...thanks guys

I read your post again, not in hurry.
Most propably you have social anxiety.
Very mild one and since you socialize enough its very subtle.
Basically i have same trouble, except blushing. In my teens and early twenties i was super social and i dont really feel anxiety or stress consciously at all (generally). But i had 5 year period of life where i didnt socialize almost at all. It got "worse", sweating and i started to feel a bit anxiety (elevated heartrate and harder to be present in the moment), which "proves" that atleast in my case it was/is social anxiety up to some level.
Read Charisma myth to learn exercises and tricks to be calmer in social situations. I know you dont feel anxscious, just try to use that whenever you start to feel blushing or sweating. Meditate - you should do it anyway. Get some mental help therapy.
Dont expect major results sooner than in a year or two. If you want significant change it will take serious effort for long time.
thanks!

That would be case if he has that hyper sweating condition. Its not that case obviously, otherwise it wouldnt be linked with social interactions.
Dude has propably some underlying social anxiety.
