Forget liquid confidence. Nothing beats going to the gym and lifting. Your confidence in approaching goes way up when you stay super active and healthy.

If you need drugs to improve your social abilities, you’re either autistic or a dumbass. Man the fuck up and quit doing drugs because you’re too much of a pussy to talk to another human

At the risk of sounding like an old-school hard ass I will disclaim this: cold approaching can be done by anybody at any time under any circumstance. I hate to sound old or insensitive, but suck it up!
I’ve seen guys in wheelchairs approach. I’ve seen ugly fucks approach. I’ve seen very out of context people that have no business approaching do it.
Self-medication is a dangerous path less you are a doctor. Are you a doctor? If you’re at this point I would highly suggest looking into real professional therapy. If your social anxiety is so bad you can’t do anything without required substance, it’s time to seek professional help. But this is just my opinion.
Can’t afford it? There are 24 hour nurse hotline‘s, government resources, or if all else fails therapy related sub Reddit‘s where you can access quality people quality information.

Kratom makes me much worse in social situations. Nothing beats working out and then being around people. Well sometimes yoga does imo

Don't take kratom unless you're addicted to opioids. That is the one thing it is VERY good for. Kicking the habit.
Kratom won't help you in the long run while experience being rejected will.

Don't take Kratom. It's addicting. I get bad withdrawals. Just like opiads every day I get the flu. Don't take it. I wish I never found it.
