Saw a girl (family friend) at a party the other night.

Last time (long time ago) we'd seen each other we'd made out, this time she was throwing a lot of clear IOI's.

For whatever reason when very drunk I didn't make a move; we spoke a few times - I was rude at one point, made it obvious I was bored of the convo and later actually apologised by text the next day - which I regret now, feels weak.

I don't see her that often but do like her, there's a chance she's confused about what I want after the other nights fail on my part.

What should I say/do to make it obvious I want her? Or do I forget, learn and move on?
