if she flakes and doesnt offer a counter, her interest level is on the lower end... but, this could change. only if you stop chasing. if you REALLY like her, you can wait another week and try one more time. dont text or chat in between (unless she reaches out first - then conversate like normal - but not too much). then throw an offer out one more time without having an attitude or butthurt emotions (forget the last rejection).

if she declines again without a counter. you move on for good and never talk to her again.

things happen, people get busy, people do get tired. shit happens.... no harm in trying one more time. but the key is dont chase hard and come across as needy. if she is interested and attracted to you, she would at least offer a counter. she would put herself in front of you and make it easy for you to ask her out. if shes not texting/calling you for the next week, your chances are going to be low. but like i said, if you really like this one, just try it one more time, you might catch her on a good day.
