I (24M) met 18yo girl off dating app. I usually try to keep texting at a minimum esp before meeting but this one, and the one before (also young) seem to be overly concerned with my level of communication. Im seeing a pattern.

Well I was just setting up a date in a park or somewhere in between us because I'm in between living quarters right now and I told her we'll set something up later on I'll text her and she says back "We never talk anymore"

Lmao we met online maybe a week ago and she gives me that. Wow. My reactions were, in order:

Well that lasted a long time, this one's nuts

She's just an 18yo girl, this probably makes sense to her somehow

Do I even want this?

Ehh yeah, why not? But let me ask if texting more in these situations is more offering comfort or failing a shit test. Any thoughts?
