Reality Check: This girl isn't into you.

It doesn't matter that she's swamped with finals. There's going to be some 2-3 hour period in the next few days when she's relaxing and not actually studying. She's choosing to spend that 2-3 hours on something other than you. If she was into you she'd think "OMG, I have 2-3 hours free. I have to go see Nick."

It also doesn't matter that you'll be separated over summer break. When a girl is into you she'll come visit, sometimes without even asking (or barely even asking). College girls will routinely go visit a guys' town over the summer if they're into him. This will happen even if they've only had 1-2 dates. Broke girls will scrape together $800 for a plane ticket to Europe if there's an Alpha dude over there they desperately want to fuck.

If she can trivially wait 3 months for your time and intimate attention then you're not a priority for her.

Doing anything other than immediately moving on is going to be read as weak. This is exactly like getting a Tinder match who says she won't be in town for 3 months. You ignore it and move on. If she swings back around when the time has elapsed, then that's great, but by then you should have forgotten about her already.

Game other girls, or keep working on yourself by hitting the gym or making some money. The prospects here aren't good.

If she's a low value girl then maybe you could still swing things your way, because low value girls are more willing to forgive weakness in men they see as LTR prospects. LTR prospects for a low value girl are already so few and far between. But you shouldn't be trying to play that game, it's not worth the effort. If the girl is worth anything, this one is done.

If you're constantly texting her over the Summer she's going to assume you don't have any girls at home and aren't abundant. Wait until a few weeks before classes start and ask how her Summer's going so far. But don't be a penpal, that's how you end up in beta orbiter territory.
