I actually gathered a lot of (personal) data on this recently. Big is better, draws more attention.

I had more random IOIs (light ones) at 18% than at 12% body fat. I looked better at 12%, abs were coming out, but I have a solid impression I was more attractive with a shirt on at 18%.
It could have been luck, but as I started creatine and bloated, I got some more regular IOIs. So, big.
