Remember your goal, and work back from there.

In this approach you made the "goal" getting her number. You achieved that without putting any effort in generating attraction or tingles. She has zero incentive to actually go out with you when you message.

If your goal is to actually root these sheilas, you need to work toward THAT goal, and getting a number is just part of the process. Generate some interest and attraction from them. Get them "feeling" something. They need to get a little emotionally charged in that conversation, even if they are uncomfortable.

Don't ask for a number and walk off, plan to meet up and get her number to accommodate that plan.

Good for you for cold approaching in the first place. Most guys are too pussy. If I'm being honest it wasn't that good but that's why you cold approach, to fuck girls obviously but also to get better at it for future approaches.

I was deathly afraid of cold approaching and never did it sober before about 6 months ago. And since then I've made it my mission to do it at least once a week. Still not amazing at it but I've gotten a few hookups from it . Plus most importantly my success rate is going up as I get better.

Here's a few tips:

Don't ask for the number so damn early. Build a bit of rapport first. Asking so early in the convo is weird and makes you seem desperate.

Key is to get a lot of approaches done, and keep the momentum. It's gonna be hard and awkward at times, that is what it takes, push through.
