Title says it all. Can't believe this is happening.

After six years of depression from age 14 to 20 I am, for some time, doing well. When I was depressed, I was popular with girls, there were always a few that liked me.

Last two years I've been building status - a lot. I've got a prestigious job in uni, decent looks, been lifting. Highest grades of my year - lot of extracurricular stuff. Uni teachers know my name, many people ask me for help. Male friends tell me this - male friends tell me I'm the funniest person (many times) they know yet I am serious. They tell me that when they look at me, they see a high class person. They say they see sex appeal. I genuinely want to believe it, and I can't complain - but there's a but.

I absolutely fail with women. It's disastrous. The boys that get girls all the time tell me that I am higher class, funnier, have more sex appeal then them. Yet women don't bat me an eye. I know not to focus too much on girls but it hurts. In my own circle of people, my friends get approached all the time. There are decent looking girls that want to sleep with my awkward friend who everyone describes as cringe. Nobody approaches me, ever.

I am getting tired, and more and more I am getting angry. How come all of my friends, that say I'm higher class than them, get girls all the time while the same girls dont bat me an eye.

I'm looking for genuine help, because I feel I'm at the right track with a lot of things, yet with girls, even the cringy ones have more success than me. My confidence is extremely low - what can I do?

My suggestion is that I'm a typical provider - good grades in uni, respected as a smart, funny guy, bit complete missing and guy image. Now, can someone tell me; is this true and if yes, how do I build a bad guy image, and build confidence?
